Dear Caroline, We had such a wonderful vacation, due greatly to you. Your efforts on our behalf were above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. The apartment is absolutely beautiful! We were warm and cozy and felt like we were home. Because of the location, we were able to venture out to several districts we had not visited on foot before; so we saw Paris the way the locals do, which was wonderful! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely check your availability for our next visit. Love, Ilene

This apartment is the best located of 8 places I've stayed in Paris. A short walk to the Metro, bus lines, the Seine, the Opera, the Louvre, the hop-on hop-off bus. The neighborhood has stores, bakeries, chocolate shops, bistros, everything. Caroline, your host, has many wonderful tips in a book she keeps at the apartment, and there's internet access and a cell phone for making reservations, etc. She's Lovely and Smart and Helpful. The apartment is worth every penny and made myself and three girlfriends feel like youngsters again, having an adventure in our "own" place in Paris. We slept very comfortably and "cooked in" each morning for petit dejeuner (this saves one a lot of money in Paris, and you don't have to get up and get dressed to have breakfast!) I hesitate to give this review, because I want the place to be available when I next visit Paris, but integrity prevails and I have to honestly say that a place this fabulous should be constantly enjoyed, so "Happy Travels."

We stayed with our two teenage children for two weeks in September and had a terrific time in Paris. The apartment is ideally located and we could not have wished for anything more. Caroline was more than helpful and using the apartment as a base for our visit was the best thing we could have done. Many thanks to Caroline!

My three year old daughter and I stayed in this apartment in September 2008 and had a wonderful time. The apartment is in a great location. The apartment is on a 1st European floor (the 2nd floor in the US) so you need to walk up a flight of stairs. It is an easy walk from the apartment to the Louvre, the Opera, the Grand Magasins, and the Seine. If you want to venture out further in Paris or don't feel like walking there is a Metro station close by. The apartment was safe and clean and has everything that you could possibly need while you are in the apartment (coffee maker, microwave, wine bottle opener, plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, and even coffee and tea to get you started on your trip). Caroline is wonderful and extremely helpful. I look forward to returning to Paris and staying in this apartment. I have already recommended this apartment to a friend that is traveling to Paris.

I would like everyone contemplating a stay in your suite to know that it is without a doubt the best accommodation we have had in Paris thus far. The location is superb - close to all major attractions and easily accessible to Charles de Gaulle airport via the Roissy Bus. My children and I found that the suite is much quieter day and night compared to the three other apartments we have rented on previous visits to your beautiful city. By far the most treasured part of our stay with you Caroline is your graciousness and generosity. You provided unparalleled "necessities" such as a laptop with internet access, long-distance phone calls, great DVDs and a wealth of information on the best tourist sites to visit and means to get there. We look forward to our next visit to Paris and stay in your suite.

My family, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, stayed at this apartment in August 2008 and we had a wonderful experience. The location couldn't have been better. You get the feel of Paris as soon as you walk out the door -- it's a lively, fun neighbourhood. And, you are 1 minute from Rue de L'Opera which is a great shopping street with the Louvre and Tuilleries Gardens on one end and the grand L' Opera on the other. Most of the sight seeing areas/attractions that you will want to visit are very close by. The apartment is lovely and very well appointed. We were not lacking for anything. Also, the street itself is quiet so you can get a good night's sleep. Although the apartment is not big, and it is a 1 bedroom, we chose it for all of the above reasons and it worked very well for our family of 4. Additionally, Caroline was very kind on our last night when we needed medical attention and she lined up a doctor to do the consultation.

We stayed in this apartment for a week in August 2008. It was a wonderful experience. The apartment is in an excellent and safe neighborhood that is convenient to EVERYTHING and walking distance to the majority of things most people want to see in Paris. There is a very good supermarket right around the corner. The apartment is very clean and Caroline could not have been more helpful. There were four of us (2 adults and 2 children) and we were perfectly comfortable for the week. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The appartment is fantastic. So easy to get there from CdG airport with the Roissy bus then in the heart of number one arrondissiment! The market in Place du marche St Honore on Wednesday & Saturdays is fabulous. 2 metro stations closeby is yet another great advantage to your appartment making it so easy to get anywhere in Paris. Also being there by myself, the area is really safe. Wandering around all day,I was not worried what time I got home. The best thing was a great nights sleepevery night. I don't know why but it must be in the quietest street in Paris (at least at night)!!!!

This is a great spot. Highly recommended to everyone who is looking for a perfect, clean and safe apartment in a great location. Easy walk to dining, shopping, the Louvre and the Seine. Caroline is wonderful and so very helpful with any questions or any help we needed. Take the Calife dinner cruise that Caroline recommended. We had a great time and will certainly book A Suite in Paris again.

Our family of 4 stayed at A Suite in Paris in the summer of 2008. It was the perfect location for getting everywhere in Paris. Very quiet location, yet in walking distance to several metros, bus stops and lots of action. We loved it. Caroline was the ultimate hostess and went above and beyond for our family.

I couldn't have found a more perfect place to stay in Paris. Not only was it clean, modern and perfectly located to all the major sites- Caroline and her family were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We only had two days in Paris and we were able to see all of the major sites without getting stuck traveling all over the city. The apartment is also located in a very quaint, safe neighborhood- we loved walking around the streets at all hours. It was also very reasonably priced for the area and you get way more than staying at a hotel. Highly recommended!

Without the slightest hint of hesitation, I can say renting from Caroline and Vincent was easy, comfortable, safe, and convenient. Both of them were extremely flexible and helpful when our flight was delayed. The apartment's location made our trip incredible. We were minutes from the Louvre, Jardin de Tuilleries, Ile St. Louis, Palais Garnier, and the Galaries Lafayette. If we weren't in the mood to walk, there was a metro stop literally a minute away. There was a Monoprix right around the corner so getting groceries was never a hassle. The apartment itself was clean and anything a person may need was in the apartment. There were sheets, plates, cutlery, guide books, a mobile phone, a home phone that could call anywhere, television (we barely used it but it had a billion channels), all appliances worked well, and there were even movies and CDS. Basically, every detail was thought of. There wasn't anything I felt I needed. The apartment was in a safe area. The evenings were quiet even though the Avenue de l'Opera was a couple feet away. There are four people in my family, we stayed for exactly a week and we were able to live comfortably. Once again, I highly recommend staying at 38 Rue de la Soudiere.

I stayed twice a month in this apartment which is a pleasant haven in the heart of Paris for professional reasons. It is perfect to move around in Paris, and has all the necessary commodities when you come to Paris to work. There are also plenty small terraces just around the corner to enjoy a nice dinner outdoor. The apartment is very functional and welcoming, nothing is missing. The homeowners are also nice and very caring in case of need!

Great apartment in ideal location! First the location: quiet street within a few blocks of the Louvre, Palais Royale, and Palais Garnier (National Opera House), as well as restaurants, pastry shops and cafes, a grocery store, and a scrumptious farmers' market. The apartment itself is lovely, very tastefully decorated. Although it is small, we had everything we needed, including comfortable sleeping for a family of four. Finally, our host, Caroline Salmela, was extremely hospitable, greeting us when we arrived and recommending restaurants, providing us phone service to the U.S. and cell phone service, and making our travel arrangements back to the airport. We strongly recommend this apartment and will return here on our next trip to Paris.

It was really nice to stay three weeks in the apartment. I live in Paris actually, but during this time, I had the feeling to be on holidays : the location is the best you can have in the city. It's very nice and quiet in the apartment, you feel like in your home and find everything you need. When you go out, you can be in one minute in a nice place where you can find many restaurants, in five minutes in the Jardin des Tuileries, and ten minutes into the Louvre. Congratulation to Caroline & Vincent, who are fantastic hosts !

My husband and I arrived on New Years Day 2008. It was our 18th wedding anniversary. The owner Caroline met with us. She was wonderful and very professional. We were grateful that she took part of her holiday time to meet with us. We are so glad the apartment was wired for internet. Our internet phone calls back to San Francisco were free. We were able to stay connected with our business through out the stay. We like the tasteful interior design of this apartment. The wash and dryer works well. We stay in a rental apartment in Rome the previous week. The apartment in Rome had washer only and we had to use drying rack to hang wet clothes. We love the location and the convenience of nearby museums, restaurants, shops etc. The nearby supermarket was another plus. We enjoyed shopping for grocery as though we lived in Paris. Highly recommended!
- Kai-Yee W., San Francisco, USA - January 2008

This apartment is so central we didn't really need to use the Metro except to go out to Versailles. All shops and services are very convenient. We were a comfortable party of 4 and enjoyed our stay. The phone and broadband were another plus - this made it easy to keep in touch with relatives at Xmas and look up details of tourist attractions on the net.

My two siblings and I stayed in this wonderful apartment on Rue de la Sourdiere in November 2007. It was clean, quiet and in the perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. Having someone meet us at the apartment to explain how things worked was great and the owners, Caroline and Vincent were extremely helpful. It was incredibly easy to arrange for accommodations and having such a terrific place to stay made our holidays in Paris truly memorable.
- Judy C., Ottawa, Canada - November 2007

I came with my daughter and her friend in November. We liked that the apartment is so close to many famous places (Louvre's museum, Orsay museum, the concorde, Opera) as we could walk instead of using the metro. Thank you also for the bicycles: cycling in Paris was an amazing experience. Place du Marché Saint-Honoré, with its typical French wine bars and restaurants, and the open air market are very charming. Finally I loved the decoration and especially the bathroom. My only regret is that we only had one week of holidays, but I come back next summer. Thank you again.

- Pirjo Rantala, Oulu - Finland - November 2007

We came from Amsterdam and booked the flat because hotels were, as usual in Paris, full and expensive. It was the first time we booked a flat and I must admit that it actually was a great surprise. The situation is amazing, right in the middle of the city, the decoration is very nice, telephone and internet are included in the price on an unlimited basis (even for international calls). The place du Marché Saint-Honoré is always crowded and there is always a nice restaurant or café opened.  All in all a much better deal and a memorable stay.Thank you.

The apartment was presented very well, and was surprised, as the photos on the internet probably did not do it justice. We really appreciated meeting the owners of this apartment - Vincent was very attentive to our needs, and actually delivered a mobile phone for us to use. I thought the service was wonderful, having someone to take us there, and explain everything fully to us - it really impressed me they were so attentive to all the detail. The apartment had an excellent location, and was very clean. Thank you to both the owners for the excellent service. We will definitely be using your company again next time we visit Paris.
